Terms and Conditions
The terms that apply when you order from Ooh Alai.

1. Who we are
This store is operated by บริษัท โอวอะไหล่กรุงเทพ จำกัด (Ooh Alai Bangkok Co.,Ltd.), 292 Charoenkrung Road, Samphanthawong, Bangkok 10100, Thailand. You can reach us on +66 221 8187-90 or at jaipakorn@oohalai.com.
2. Prices and currency
All prices are shown in Thai Baht (THB). Prices may change without notice, but the price shown at the moment you complete checkout is the price that applies to your order. Where a product lists several options, the price shown on listing pages is the lowest option price and is labeled “from”.
3. Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Stock is reserved when you start checkout and the order is confirmed once payment succeeds. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you order, we will contact you and refund that item in full.
4. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details. Your order is only confirmed once Stripe reports a successful payment.
5. Fitment and part selection
Fitment information (bike brand and model) is provided as guidance to help you choose. You are responsible for confirming a part suits your motorcycle before fitting it. If you are unsure, contact us or request a quote and we will help you identify the right part.
6. Delivery
We deliver nationwide across Thailand. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your address. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.
7. Returns and warranty
Contact us within a reasonable period if a part arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Parts that have been fitted, modified, or damaged in use cannot be returned. This does not affect your rights under Thai consumer law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and the Thai courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
