1. Who controls your data

• Order details — the items you buy, the price paid, and your order reference.
• Contact and delivery details — the email address and shipping address you enter at checkout, so we can deliver your order and tell you about it.
• Account details — if you create an account, the email address and credentials you register.
• Quote requests — the parts and contact details you send when you request a quote.

Your cart and quote list are stored in your own browser until you check out; they are not sent to us before then.

3. Why we use it

To take and fulfil your order, to take payment, to provide customer support, to answer quote requests, and to meet our accounting and tax obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Who we share it with

• Stripe — processes payments and handles your card details. We never receive your full card number.
• COMMERCER — the commerce platform that stores our catalog, stock and orders.
• Delivery partners — the address needed to deliver your parcel.

5. How long we keep it

Order and payment records are kept for as long as Thai accounting and tax law requires. Account data is kept while your account is open. Quote requests are kept while we are dealing with your inquiry.

6. Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Act you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or move it elsewhere. Email us and we will respond within the period the law allows. You can also complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee.

7. Cookies and local storage

We use your browser's local storage to remember your cart, your quote list and your signed-in session. These are needed for the store to work. We do not run advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
